Noureen Dwulf was created on the 28th day of February, 1984 in New York City. The actress has always had an interest in acting. When she was enrolled at Boston University School of the Arts She began to lay the foundations of the profession. Following graduation, Noureen started to audition for various roles. The film she auditioned for gave her a significant role in the film West Bank Story. West Bank Story premiered in 2005 during the Sundance Film Festival, but was also screened by different festivals across the globe. Also, it received an Oscar nomination in the category of Best Live Action Short Film during the 79th Annual Academy Awards in the year 2007. This was the beginning of Noureen DeWulf's career.
