Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My amazing partner JP as well as my happiest Dad Henry are also part of our family. The majority of people have come across me through my Instagram account @annephung, where I share my life- the good, the bad and all between. I arrived in America with my family and brothers in 1990 when I was one and a half years old I would not be now sharing my story to you, if not for my parents love dedication and hard work. In the hope of having an improved life I was determined to try my best to please them and was focused on my success. I had a plan to study to graduate, and then get an excellent job. And then I wanted an empathetic wife and children. That was my ideal of what it would take to be successful. However, life was not so keen on my ideas. The amount of money I earned and the importance of my work did not make me happy. I was convinced that I had wasted my time for a paycheck. I had a passion for working out and I enjoyed getting out and about with friends. as I navigated towards the new direction in my life. I was drawn to personal training. The business I started in the year 2014. I am celebrating my seven-year anniversary in this calendar year. It's not common to see an Asian woman working in this field. As a coach, my goal is to motivate others to lead a healthy and enjoyable life by establishing viable lifestyles that are suited to the individual's goals and needs. Also, I want everyone to be able to follow their dreams and accomplish whatever they want in life. As my career started to take off, I had the biggest loss in my life: my mother's death. She won her eight-year battle with the disease. Now she's resting on Heaven and I will remain close to her in my heart. Although you may not be able to see it at first, life has a funny way of providing us with what we truly need. Many ways, my mom's death has changed my life. It is my belief that she provided me with another chance to live through her demise. She passed away on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was her time to start her new life, and also I was given a second chance at living an enjoyable, fulfilling and fulfilling life. Now into my 30's I am alive and conscious I truly feel like I'm living my life today rather than merely living as the person I was back in my previous. In sharing my story, I hope that my words will resonate with yours. I hope that my words can aid you in understanding that you're never truly alone. You have the potential to accomplish whatever you want to achieve. I hope that you enjoy your life to its fullest and end it without regrets because death is the only thing that is promised to all of us during our lives.
