Molly Tarlov is an American actor best known for her starring role as Sadie Saxton in the teen comedy-drama television show Awkward in 2011, which she has been on since 2011. Tarlov is the youngest daughter of two who was raised in Manhattan. Her career began when she was 10 years old when she was Mrs. Peterson in a production of Bye Bye Birdie at the Little Red School House that was very well received by students in seventh grade. As she grew older in years, she worked during the summer in Paris with NYU Tisch's Tisch School of the Arts at Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College is where she earned her Bachelor of Arts (theatre) and trained in many different types of acting. The Atlantic Theater Company, which she attended as well, helped her integrate acting and writing in The LAByrinth Theater's Master class. Molly gave away her winter coat and purchased a pair of black sunglasses on her trip to Los Angeles. She quickly landed a three-word role on iCarly that attracted a lot of attention from parents. Since then, she has done a variety of television appearances and created the role of Caitlin in Winnie Holzman as well as Savannah Dooley's ABC's Family series Huge. Molly is a basketball player who is convinced that she's more talented than she actually is. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
